This is the \go to\ place for every day Catholic items. Old time Chicagoans knew this as Alvernos. The less known facts are this is where clergy go to order specialty items. Bishops have been seen trying on their regalia. The least known fact is there are upper floors with a wonderful art selection. Plan to spend at least an hour browsing and spending more then you planned. Worth it!

I have been a customer of Watra since my Ordination in 1999. I have bought vestments, books, crucifixes, gifts, cards, pectoral crosses, and even custom pieces for the chancel (processional cross, altar candle holders). They have always been fantastic with wonderful service. I highly recommend them.
