If I could give no stars, it'd be even more accurate. Trying to do the right thing, I called preco to come and TRIM our Oak trees from the power lines.... I'm absolutely SICK to my stomach the butcher job they did! Now, my beautiful Oak trees are BALD on one side, which will make them lean to our house. Not to mention, the frequent 40-50 MPH winds that come across the prairie across the street from the side they crucified! We have to now HIRE a private company to come and even out what was once beautiful trees, so the tree doesn't fall on our house. EPIC FAIL. Discretion, and common sense was left by the wayside. I wish I could post the pictures of the butcher job they did. All I can say for preco is, thank God for monopolies, because I'd be DONE WITH THEM If i had another option. PRECO SUCKS!
