I Came in the other day to talk to a sales rep by the name of rick I believe about a camper I was thinking of buying and the help and service from him and the team was phenomenal from the moment I walked in. Amber the receptionist I talked to was very outgoing, full of energy and had an awesome personality Which made the whole experience great. She was very polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Fantastic experience. We purchased a 2021 TT and could not be happier with the sales staff and management. The salesman Terry Terchin is top notch, no pressure no BS. I highly recommend purchasing from camping world of Chicago.

I bought a camper approx. one year ago and the experience with Terry was amazing. He is a straight shooter, easy to talk to and honestly just a nice guy. We found out that my wife and I were expecting and we quickly realized that the camper that we had bought last year just wasn't going to be big enough to accommodate our new edition. I contacted Terry and explained our situation, he was happy to hear from us and we set up a time to come in and look at larger units. As great as the experience was last year, this time was even better. Terry was still Terry (which is a good thing) and helpful as always. But, there were some new faces and as hard as it may be to understand, the experience went from great to even better. Chris is their GM and really has a good handle on what customer service is all about. Jonathan was promoted to head of finance and is really on the ball. Then there is Ed in finance. I took delivery from Ed, he made the experience of going over all the finance documents super easy, he explained everything in terms that were understandable for someone who doesn't do this everyday. Signing on the dotted line can be somewhat of an anxious moment for a lot of people, but Ed really made this experience enjoyable and informative. I made the comment \ this doesn't seem to be your first rodeo\ he chuckled and went on to say that he has been doing this for decades. Camping world has people with years of experience as well as fantastic customer service skills, that is why I will always come to CW for all my RV needs. Great Job Guys!

Highly recommend visiting and buying from Camping World in Wauconda! We worked with Dave (Sales Dave) to buy our first pop up camper. Excellent guy, super personable and fun to work with. Gave some campsite and camping recommendations. Todd and Sprinkles Dave were also wonderful! Really great crew all around. Made the process easy and fun!
