UNPROFESSIONAL; UNRESPONSIVE. I sent a text to have a pool installed. After 10 days John called me to tell me he was looking to work on my install. We chatted for 30 mins. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I thought I finally got a professional installer. Boy, was I wrong. John asked me to text him my email address so he could send me a formal quote. I did that right away but never got a quote. I called him back on a few different occasions to discuss a pool install. Each time he assured me that he would do my install and that I should text him my email for a formal quote. The last time we spoke, John said that he would preform my install and to go ahead with the bobcat rental that he needed. Well John and his crew never showed up. Now I'm out money for an unused bobcat and he isn't responding to my calls or texts. This contractor gives small business people a bad name. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
