Found a bike online, we called ahead. When we arrived the bike was out front waiting. Becca and Tim are fun and professional. They made the process easy, they were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without hesitation. They offer a nice selection of inventory priced reasonable. We couldn't be happier. I daydream at the Monster website daily and eventually came across a unique color combo HD Road King I couldn't pass up. Reasonably priced, bike in great shape, low miles. Tim made it easy with a phone call and a few emails. When I arrived it all went quickly and the guys loaded it up for me on my trailer in the freezing cold. Happy customer.

Buyer Beware! I bought a brand new side by side from here for my son at Christmas. As said in earlier reviews they don’t let you test drive. We got it delivered and first time out it was giving us problems going into reverse and stalling out. Brand new! I called and they came out to get it, I decided I wasn’t comfortable with it since it had multiple problems after first time out. They wouldn’t take it back!!! Reluctantly I agreed to let them drop it off again. When they did, it had the same stalling out problems. We would drive it for 1 minute and it would stall out!!! Brand new! I called to have them come get it again and this time they said that there wasn’t enough money in it to come back and get it , even though it was still under warranty. Now I am stuck having to fix it on my own. To this point one of the most disappointing purchases in my life. Terrible customer service.

5 stars is too low of a rating for this shop. Saw a bike they had posted online and called in with a few questions. Becca while on the phone with me walked over to the bike and took care of any concerns I had with the pictures. When it came time to purchasing my bike she was incredibly informative on all the steps that would be required and any and all costs associated with it. She was beyond enjoyable to work with and made the whole process very smooth. After riding for a few days I had an issue with the bike and called back to see if they could do anything about it. I brought the bike in and spoke with Rob in service. He was very friendly and broke down all the steps that were involved with the service work. I was very nervous about the costs and crossed my fingers that it wouldn't be too bad on my wallet. A day after dropping my bike off Rob called back to let me know that the sales department would be taking care of the repair. I have never once been treated like this especially when buying a used vehicle. I wish I could give them a higher rating because they went well above and beyond to make my experience with the best it could possibly be. Very big thank you to Becca in sales and Rob in service.
