I met Bernie almost 20 years ago when I was being treated by a physical therapist for my neck and upper back. It wasn't until the therapist ordered 20 minute sessions with Bernie as part of my treatment plan that I started to notice pain relief. I had a history of both physical therapy and chiropractic care. Since then I have only been treated by Bernie to maintain my wellness for my bulging disks. Her deep tissue messages are wonderful and have helped me tremendously. I highly recommend Bernie as she knows her stuff! You will find her to be both pleasant and professional! And always on time.
