No, their system before covid has advanced but in a better way. Even now, I love each person is up to speed. I like being told facts and the same fits everytime. So it is nice everyone is on board. If you miss your appointment and it's just to come in and get your coupons. As long as your baby has check ups, you do the online study videos. It is all smooth sailing.
