The slide I rented was in an advanced state of disrepair and did not function as intended. The crew never showed up when they stated they would and didn’t call to say they would be late till they were 5 hours late. The slide killed my grass. It was only in the original location for 30 minutes before I moved it. This means that something ON the slide killed the grass. When I called to discuss, the owner blew me off then stopped answering calls. Now I see why they only take cash. I will be also reporting to the BBB and commercial trade commission. I gave the owner ample opportunity to address my issues.
