I feel Dr. Muth is very knowledgeable and kind, wants to help, however, I can't give a positive review because it has been three weeks and I can't get a reply from the office to make a follow up appointment or to discuss how lousy I am feeling with my protocol. Very disappointed in her office, but not in her. I feel there needs to be a better system in place to return calls and prioritize clients issues. I am adding to this because I just found out why I have been ignored for the past month. They took a double payment from me and cannot figure it out for over 6 months, so I will have to pursue legal action. Dr. Brown was great but when Dr. Muth became involved in my case, everything went downhill fast. They don't return messages, They want to charge you to answer questions, they are not concise or caring in anyway. They dismissed me as a patient after four weeks of not returning calls because I wanted to talk to Dr. Muth about a medication that she prescribed that I had told her I didn't want to use at our first visit and she agreed we wouldn't go that direction. Her daughter who is the office manager is the least professional person I have ever encountered, loud and talks over you. I actually lost some respect for Dr. Muth when I found out she was her daughter. I am very disappointed. I liked Dr. Brown but not worth the trouble of going here if you want to be cared for. I was struggling with my health and they didn't care enough to call me back for over three weeks.
