I had such a great experience getting my iPhone repaired by Alex. After getting the run around from Apple and them not taking my concerns about my phone seriously, our experience with Alex was a breath of fresh air. He was very professional, kind, and honest. He took the time to listen to my concerns and examined my phone thoroughly which I greatly appreciated. It only took him 40 minutes to get my phone working again and meanwhile I got to walk around downtown and explore the shops. His prices were very reasonable as well. If you’re having phone troubles I highly recommend visiting this shop, you’ll be glad you did and will also be supporting small businesses too! Would rate this place 10 stars if I could. Had to take a few ipads there for broken screens and one bad charging port over the years. Fast service, fair prices, and good workmanship. Would recommend.
Called the shop and Alex was able to help me right away. Gave me some clear cut options and was very professional and very prompt. I would recommend this store to anyone. Easy to find and street parking is available.
Good prices but has not called me back twice and left my phone at the store with no warning
