Whether you are a novice or an expert, Fortify is the perfect place to start or continue your fitness journey. Fortify is a family friendly place that offers a full schedule of class times to meet a variety of needs. It’s the kind of place you look forward to going to. You get to spend an hour of your day surrounded by some of the most spirited, fun, and positive people who provide encouragement and accountability every step of the way. It isn’t always easy to start a new fitness routine or walk into a new gym, but Fortify makes the transition easy. Fortify has a strong community, awesome programming and coaches, and a clean and well-maintained facility. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend giving Fortify a try and seeing for yourself what it is all about!

I have been with Fortify for 7 months, and I have been super happy with the results. Marlow's programming has been terrific. Jamie is super accommodating and friendly! The gym community is welcoming and fun spirited. The coaching staff has been helpful and professional when it comes to managing the stiffness/soreness that comes with getting back into shape. Highly recommend giving Fortify a shot, regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey!!

Great place! I'd encourage anyone curious about living a healthier and active life style to give Fortify a try. I too was curious, tried it out, came back day 2, day 3 - and 3 years later I'm still coming back. Marlow and staff have a great facility, friendly smiles and a helpful team to keep you on track to be a better version of you. Everything is adaptable and scalable; whether you never performed a clean, or can snatch your body weight. I enjoy the no-drama and non-intimidating vibes and Fortify brings; come in, do the work with like minded people, and unlock your potential!

Fortify has provides the coaching needed to ensure to movements are done properly to reduce injury, meet each member at his or her fitness level, and the encouragement to push you to get one more rep. The community at Fortify is amazing. Everyone comes in, works hard and no matter what fitness level you are at, the workout can be adjusted to meet your needs. Everyone has taken COVID restrictions seriously and equipment is sanitized between each use. Plus, everyone is so nice here!
