Response to management's reply: I feel for the employee and hope he or she is better, but that doesn't excuse your inconsiderate decision not to post something on the website or the doors of the facility. Not happy you weren't open for the figure skaters on Saturday morning at 8am as scheduled. There was a large crowd waiting for someone to arrive. These kids expected to have practice time for their upcoming performances or tests. After waiting 30 minutes for anyone to open up, we left!!
