I find Ana to be extremely unprofessional and rude when I brought my sewing machine in to be fixed. When the original phone call was made I was told to bring it in and have it looked at. When I dropped it off, I was told I needed to pay a deposit for any possible parts. I have had it with them for multiple months. Finally got a phone call about replacing the mother board. Waited again, only to finally be told they could not fix it. Was told I could get a refund on the deposit made. When I went into get my machine and refund was denied that. Then was told a partially refund would be given. I can understand if something cannot be done. But when there is zero communication on what is going on after multiple messages have been left, it just becomes unacceptable. And when I am told something I expect the follow through. There are other places available to give your business to.

Very nice place for your sewing needs add help right away and it's good place to do some crafting
