Very good customer service! Zack, the manager runs a very smooth shop, works out any problems that may come up and makes you feel very appreciated for giving them your business. Every worker in the bays were very efficient and thorough through every step and go over everything with you before they pull your car up and head out the door. No complaints and will definitely make this location my new go to for tires and wheels. Wish all shops gave you the service they do!

These guys are phenomenal. I will not go anywhere else for my tires and I suggest you go there as well. Branden is extremely informative and thorough. I appreciate what they have done for me multiple times.
Arrived mid morning and was greeted in the parking lot. The gentlemen were very professional and so nice! My tire pressure and lugs were checked to ensure I was safe on the road. Highly recommend! Thank you for having superb customer service!!
Wound up with flat here while traveling through Wausau. Store manager, Zach, got us in within minutes after discussing tire options as they were nearing the end of their life. In/out in less than an hour with the best customer service I’d ever received from any auto store. From Zach down to his tech, straight shooters, up front and as nice as they come. Clean store and am anticipating no problems.
I came in today with a slow leak in my tire. They were able to help me quickly and efficiently. The customer service was simply exceptional. I was extremely impressed. I would recommend this place. It was my first time here and I will for sure be back.
These people are great. Such great costumer service. Very fast to install 4 tires. The whole team deserve a raise. You just can't find service like that anymore.
