The staff were courteous and professional when I called and when I presented for emission testing. They are very organized and everyone was also kind, seemed to really care which one does not get a sense of. And, I was only there for emissions! It’s exactly the kind of experience one wants to have. I will be looking into their other services for my cars in the future and recommending to my friends.

With the emission testing to be done for both our vehicles, I gave Kusch's Automotive a call and was answered by a cheery voice. Drove down with my wife's vehicle and got done in less than 5 minutes and gracefully declined the offer to renew the plates for 10. Dropped off her car and got mine over and in 5 minutes, I was done again. Very nice people and great service.

I highly recommend the service at Kusch's. My family moved last year, and we tried a different service shop closer to where we now live, but have come to the conclusion that it's worth the half hour drive for the quality of service we receive from Kusch's. I recently brought my car to Kusch's for some concerns, and they were very honest about what work would be worth doing and what would be a wasted expenditure. I appreciate the trust they build by not inventing things to charge for. Because they are honest about things that aren't a big deal, I know I can trust them when they say that something is a big deal that requires immediate attention. They are always professional and courteous and work hard to provide a great customer experience. Thank you, Kusch's!
