Love this location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Decent selection of clothes, and they always have a clearance rack to go through if you're a bargain hunter. Clean and we'll organized. The shopping center this store is in is great, lots of other places to choose from, ample parking and food options nearby and it's right off the highway. I honestly do most of my shopping online for Torrid, but when I feel like going in person this is my preferred location.

Placed an online order and to have my package delivered to the store. Never received a call or email stating my package arrived. I had to call to see if it had arrived and thank goodness I remembered because only had one day to pickup my order. There is no reason why customers are not notified about the status of their order. I will not be choosing to have my orders delivered to the store again and will not be purchasing from Torrid if you do not offer any discount on shipping.
