First time Wave customer; I went to this store to return a Wave provided modem after having resolved some technical issues with my own networking hardware. I arrived late in the afternoon on a weekend and there was no wait, I was seen right away. The associate that helped me was polite and took their time to explain to me that the modem I was returning was taken off of my bill and provided me with a receipt should I need it. Thus far my interactions with Wave both at this location and over the phone have been positive and I hope it continues that way. No issues with my Wave internet service thus far either, their Gig service is comparable to what I had with Xfinity at a better price (especially on promotion).

My cable line got knocked down, hanging from the power line across the street to my house. It is on top of a vehicle and blocking access to two houses at the end of the cul de sac. I called Wave on 12/26/19 at 2:45 p.m. and was on hold for 55 minutes. The customer service representative was unable to put me in contact with anyone local to assist in getting this fixed. If I wanted to talk to someone at my local Wave office (which are retail offices), I would have to physically drive there, but he couldn't tell me whether they would even be able to help me or do anything. He put in a request to the scheduling team but could not do anything immediately because \the schedule for today is already set\ but he could \escalate\ the request. I was told that a manager or supervisor would contact me. By 10 a.m. 12/27/19, no one from Wave had contacted me. A call to their 866 number connected me to a call center in Texas and I was told she was unable to provide me with contact information for my local Wave office, advised that an appointment was set for tomorrow, 12/28/19, more than 48 hours after the issue had been reported. I tried the chat function and they gave me the same responses as the customer service representatives at the 866 number. It is completely unacceptable for an issue like this to have no way of urgent resolution. Contacting Wave though their 866 and chat option, the ONLY way to contact them, only connects you to someone who has zero ability to fix this kind of issue. This isn't a \my cable is out\ situation. This is a safety issue where people's cars and homes are being blocked, and the cable line could be further pulled and cause damage to homes and the power line it is connected to. The fact that customer service representatives do not have a contact number or way to inform a local branch of safety issues is simply absurd. A promise of \escalating\ the request is not enough. EDIT: their internet service is great. Never had an issue there.

I've been with Wave for the past 7 years. Their technical customer service is top notch. The bigger companies own everything and therefore, have zero interest in actually solving your problems. Pro tip: I call in, or go to my local office, once a year to sign up for a newer package to save money.

Just got my Unify Dream Machine and I have to say the combo is awesome. The install went the smoothest I've ever encountered and the speed is just ridiculous. So happy I switched.

I should have read the reviews first... Previously I had Xfinity internet and everything was great except for the price. I paid 150 for internet and cable. Hoping to save some money I switched over to wave. BIG MISTAKE! Two hours after the installation the internet went out for 2 hours, talked to their support team and they couldn't figure why. No explanation. Internet has been on and off ever since. Completely unreliable! Installed on Thursday and after calling back the same day they said no one was available to help until Tuesday! So they're telling me I have to pay for a service they're not providing?!? This is infuriating, I had perfectly good internet with Xfinity and now switching over to Wave I have no internet and they want me to pay for it. Are you kidding me?! I live in Martinez
