Their Internet is constantly going down and they keep saying they have to replace my Modem. Every 3 months replacing a Modem is unheard of and just an excuse for them not managing their network properly. Wait times on the phone are always way too long but their customer service reps on the phone are usually pretty nice. Although the above is true and this last outage that, fortunately only lasted about 20 Min. They told me again that they didn’t have an outage and I needed a service call and then my internet went back on. I would highly recommend not telling your customers that they need a service call when you don’t really know what the issue is.

Hi guys! Based on your company reviews you should work hard to make your customers happy. Don't make excuses.
Company closed the account when it was paid off. So they made a new account and gave it to us for 1 yr 50.00 a month. They lied! Not even 4 months they over charged us again & this time 100 said we owed. Now we are on the phone again & they are trying to offer us 70 a month for 6 months. When originally its supposed to be 50.00 a month for a year. What kind of company is this that lies & takes back what they say & adds on extra money on the bill out of nowhere???
