I would give this company in general a negative five, but unfortunately I am not able to do so. The employees in this establishment are very incompetent when it comes to customer service and they do not know how to treat people. And if you plan to call customer service you're pretty much going to get the same results. This company is full of dishonest people that do not know how to deal with customers in any sort of way. A word of advice to possible customers is to stay away from this company, doing so is going to save you your time and money.

Terrible customer service. I bought a new house in Dixon and they put an ugly 2 feet tall node above-ground box on my property. I want to pave my side front yard and wish to have it buried and they said they don’t bury them but they can charge me 1000 to move it over 2 feet closer to the property line and keep it above ground. No one since the not so friendly customer representative called to tell me “they don’t bury them,”has answered my emails. ATT and Comcast do bury those for people if they wish to pave the front yard and even came out to my property to make sure it wasn’t theirs. Since then I refuse to use their service and have much faster internet for a much better price from ATT and are still waiting to hear back about a solution.
Lose internet on Thursday. Called Friday morning. A technician came in the afternoon and said the problem was with wiring and they need to send a crew to fix it. Today is Monday evening and noone has lifted a finger yet. Could not resolve the issue over the phone or even personally coming to office.
Seems like the staff just shifts the blame around for their bad service and terrible customer support I wish Xfinity was available in dixon
Had a great experience with installation tech Mike Baker. He arrived early and within minutes completed my service request !
