The wrost coffee there is around is at this location!! For 100 miles ! Some one needs to award them a cash prize. Not to mention there food that they serve there too This place is full of roaches and around the food area too and they don’t care about this problem I walk in the other day and as I walked in there was a roach that flu right by. Me And I told the teller and she just told me there is nothing that she can do about the roach problem at this location that they live in the food area We’re there is water and food That is what she told me They need to hire a new GM at this location because the only thing that this female GM can do is go to the back area and sniff Cocain when no one is looking
Wawa is a great gas station I go there every day two or three times a day I am always welcomed and helped by the staff they know exactly what my order is every day I go in and more importantly how I like it. The general manager Christopher is always nice, helpful and knows his everyday customers along with the great associates Katrina and Jayki they are what you call great customer service at its finest! Thank you

If both employees working night shift weren't rude about the pronunciation of the french word "croissant" well maybe would have been a good review. Not only they where rude saying they didnt know what my mother said they tried to correct it with the wrong pronunciation anyway. Just mad because there was just no reason for being rude.
Unfortunately, I have to write this 1 star review. It seems like Wawa is short staffed at night, which is truly unfortunate. I'm sure it's not the employees fault in itself but the night time supervisors rude attitude reflects that frustration and in turn reflects bad on the company. At least she shows up, I guess...
Made an online order through the website. within 5 minutes I received notifications that my order was ready to pick up and to head inside to the food area to pickup my order. I went to the counter an informed one of the food workers behind the counter that I was there to pick up an online order. I gave them name and order number, the person told me they didn't see it to give them a minute so they could finish the orders in front of me and they would help. normally I don't mind waiting, but there was a somewhat constant flow of people coming in putting in new orders. but I waited patiently as people were coming and going. about 20 minutes went by before I went back to the counter and asked about my order again. the guy asked for my name again. there was an order for someone with my name but it wasn't the food I ordered. again I was told to please wait so other orders could be filled. I waited 10 more minutes as people would come in put in and order and have that order filled. I finally decided to just leave and go somewhere else to get food.
