I was passing through Waxahachie at about 2:30 pm Saturday Jan 16, 2021. There was a large selection and I was having trouble finding the specific cigar I was looking for. When I asked sales person working if he knew where it was he said \I don't know it will be with that brand. First thing on the left when you go into the humidor.\ Then he went back to his phone and ignored me. I found the Cigar I was looking for but it wasn't where he said it was and he offered no help to me at all. I would love to come back when there is someone willing to help me. But I left without buying anything because I feel no need to help pay for service like that, or rather the lack there of.

BB is usually running this store and he is the nicest person you could ever meet. Everyone loves to visit with him while getting their tobacco products. He moved here from the desert and I promise you he has more American Pride than most Americans that have been here their entire life. Oh yea, ask him about his Dallas Mavericks too. Avid fan.

Drove 20 miles out of my way just to go to the cigar shop due to massive back orders at the online cigar stores and pull up only to find a sign on the door telling me that the employee is going to be out until 2 p.m. . Horrible customer service and if this business is failing it's pretty obvious why. I was looking to spend at least 200 if they had the right cigars.
