What a hassle!!.....After several delays and attempts to deliver appliances purchased by Home Depot. The driver did not call me 30 minutes in advance as stated in the policy. Salavador ( the driver) called me and said we will be there in 10 minutes. I had to rush. Then during the installation which I paid extra for that, he rushed me several times to sign the delivery slip. Just to inform, I had the same appliance delivered last on a previous occasion, but because it has a body damages with dents, I had to return the product and re-schedule for another time which was not their mistake. But I had to explain to Salvador several time to give me a minute to check the appliance if it is functioning properly and no damages like the other one. He does not seem to care at all “ I have to go... I have some other delivery” would it be just possible to be a little more patient even if I was very patient with them too. . I am talking to Timco Logisttics on the phone and Mary was even worse than the driver. She answered with attitude and not helpful. Home Depot; Please use other company if you want to keep your customers.

I was in orientation 3 days I was assigned truck 4011 but before I completed orientation they gave the truck to another driver so I had to wait for another truck to come in truck 4012 well when it got to the yard it was wrecked in the front so I had to wait again for that truck to be repaired so I had to stay at the hotel again once the truck was repaired my dispatcher who was Bobby (good guy) gave me a load going to California and a back haul from Victorville,Ca. back to the yard in Waxahachie,Tx well after Bobby left for vacation my back haul was taken from me and a load to Illinois was put on me I sent a message and I never got a response not for 2 days until I said I had a doctors appt. then I get a phone well I got back to Waxahachie,Tx and I quit my pay check was only 139.57 I spoke to Ruth in payroll and I was told that because I quit I have to pay those hotel room fee’s which wasn’t my fault had they not given my truck to another driver I wouldn’t have been there and in her exact words she said I’m not getting that money back 402.02 I spoke to Steve Perry on Monday 11/16/2020 he said he was going to talk to Rhonda today is Thursday 11/19/20/0 and I still haven’t heard from nobody about my 402.02 I’m a single parent raising a 16 year old and a 18 month old granddaughter and Timco just took my money due to their mistake and everything I just said I can prove.
