My twin grandsons and their baby brother all share the same birthday!! Urban Air provided a fun, clean, and exciting atmosphere. Our server was excellent!!

I brought my son here and he had an awesome time. They have alot of things for kids to do and is affordable. However, the white lady at the food stand with short curly hair was very rude to all of the kids. She would roll her eyes at the kids after telling them to stop running. She also was very rude to a mentally challenged boy who went to the food stand for a drink. I witnessed her yelling at other peoples kids and look like she hated her job. This is a place for kids, so if you don't like kids you should not be working there. Other than that, it was fun.
