I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. I would not call it elegant but it is definitely functional with a nice atmosphere. There were some fixtures around the building to create an air of comfort. If you are looking for a venue in the South part of the city to host an event,I would recommend this location. I have no idea about the affordability, but I give the building itself a thumbs up.
