Poor service. Kept mower over a month said a part was on back order. Not true. We were able to order the part and got it in just a few days. Do not recommend this business. Rude service and takes forever to get your mower back. Will Find another place for all future service needs

Was told equipment was ready. Drove all the way from Patterson to Waycross to pick it up & the equipment wasn't even fixed. Even had to wait 10-15 minutes for guy to say it was messed up.

Billy S. Southeast Mower was very helpful in getting my pressure washer not only repaired but also got the parts warrantied after I was told some where else that they would not. It took some time to get the manufacturer on board but through the relentless work of the staff it got accomplished. I had a very good experience and will continue to take my business to them.

Disappointing Service!!! Called Wednesday 6/26/19 about my 10,000.00 Dixie Chopper having major problem. Told they could pick it up Friday 6/28/19 - was happy to hear this - and that they would call before pickup. Friday afternoon I went outside and noticed Dixie Chopper missing - was ready to call police to report theft but decided to check to see if Southeast Mower had it. They put me on hold to check and sure enough they took it without even calling or ringing doorbell to let me know. First irritation! Called on Tuesday, 7/2/19, to see if they had diagnosed the problem and estimated cost of repairs. Again put on hold, when she returned to phone she told me that they have not looked at it but will in the next day or so and call me. Second irritation! Today, Monday, 7/8/19, called again to see the progress on my mower; as now my yard grass is approaching a foot tall in some places (2 acres to mow) only to be told that they still have not even looked at my mower!!!! Third irritating experience. They were sure willing to jump through the hoops to sell me on their 10,000.00 mower but this type of service is really an eye opener. Has anyone else out there received such poor service - lack of service, no phone call updates, etc....???? If so, have you found another reputable place to have your lawn mowers serviced at???

Lady that works the front desk is very rude. Not good customer service at all.
