We went in for a varsity jacket in black with our school colors on the trim, he made the jacket in the school colors, not black. He told me that is what i wanted, when we went in to order it over two months ago all we talked about was black. He did not write it down and i should have known this. I am very unhappy, it is a beautiful jacket and my son will probably never wear it. He took no responsibility for the mistake.....

I got my varsity cheer jacket done here and the guy did an amazing job! He was able to do it in less than 4 weeks so i recommend this place for anyone who needs good and fast apparel.

I requested a letterman’s jacket and he said 6-8 weeks. everytime he says 2 more weeks it ends up being two more weeks over and over.

We have been there several times for repairs and I had bought my wife a bag there.we also had a friend from south Jersey bring a coat up for repairs. The owner has always been cordial but extremely busy. He may come off as being a bit sharp but I don't think it is intended. He makes some of his own coats and bags and does a lot of work for local schools. I have found his work to be excellent and reasonably priced for what he does. There are very few places that do these type of repairs today

All I literally did was call this place and the man who answered some old non English person answered and I asked for a quick estimate he was very rude about how he can't give one unless I send photos I politely said ok no problem where do I send in the photos he just starts saying the email which was letters and numbers so I said please let me write this down one second and he started saying it back to me \oh let me write this down\ as if he was making seem stupid for asking to write down the information I needed to give. I don't know their workmanship but if their attitude reflects their work I wouldn't trust them to throw away my garbage let alone fix my leather upholstery.
