Very poor communication and management. I was told my part would be ready to picked up by a certain time, I live hours from the location, I arrived on time and 45min later someone finally told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day because he had a busy schedule. They easily could have communicated that hours before. While standing in the waiting room I was asked what I was there for, this woman got the information from me and never mentioned anything after. Not that I was to wait or what I was waiting for, I had to wait until another person came out of their office to again ask for help and tell them what I was waiting for and he told me it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow “most likely”. Then after when we tried to find out what had happened and why we were communicated with. They wouldn’t talk, they kept redirecting the line to the person who told us the part would be ready to pick up, but he wouldn’t answer the phone. They had no respect when I was there and zero respect after I left. They COULD have found handled the situation well and kept a long term customer but is seems they’re incapable of doing so.
