Love it! I called to make my appointment a week ago and Gail was very pleasant and explain the procedure on the phone. When I arrived for my appointment she was ready for me and asked me to fill out a form which took me about 5 minutes. Before she started with my procedure she took her time to explain the process and made sure I felt calm and relax. Gail is extremely professional and the whole experience was great. Thank you Gail!

I just recently had a baby. Out of nowhere I started to grow facial hair. I tried plucking, shaving, waxing and threading but nothing seems to work. The hair grew back and even worse started to pop up on different sides and areas of my face. I've heard of lazor removal and to my knowledge I was advised it was not permanent. Desperately I refused to look like a man and find a permanent solution. So I came across Electrolysis and found Gail. I was never nervous but more determined than anything. She explained the who process all the way down to the very last hair follicle. What to expect, the after care, very impressive. She was warm and friendly, gentle and kind. She took great care of me and her prices are fair. I will be back for my second treatment. Thank you Gail for taking care of me.

Gail is a very wonderful lady she’s so sweet today was my first visit and I was alittle nervous I never had this done before but she has a gentle hand yes you feel alittle bit like you know she’s removing hair but it’s not unbearable she talks to you the whole time and she’s very kind I have more appointments to make and I can’t wait to see my end result I should of done this years ago!
