I wouldn’t recommend this place. My daughter went to Dr Bernetti and he was in a rush to get us in and out. We went because her ears were clogged and he took out the wax. He was not thorough at all. Barely checked anything on her. When he went to look in her throat she barely opened her mouth and threw the tongue depressor in the bin with the quickness. When she said she still feels clogged he rushed us out and said he may need to check her hearing when I just got that done but he didn’t even ask! If you’re looking for a thorough pediatric ENT doctor don’t go here!

The doctor was fine but in too much of a hurry. Office staff was polite and helpful. However, scheduling appointments and follow-ups is made very difficult by a) their website not even listing their phone number on it (which is insane), b) aggravatingly long hold times when you do call them, if you're lucky enough to find their phone number, and c) very long outgoing messages before you even get to be put on hold. I recommend trying to find a smaller practice that lists their phone number on their website and *actually answers the phone* promptly when you call.

Such a positive experience with this office! In June I was in terrible pain from a serious outer ear infection. I was able to get a same day appointment that I made online! I saw Dr. D'Anton and he was just wonderful! Personable and able to treat me quickly and efficiently. He was so compassionate to how much pain I was in! I went back for several follow ups. I've also seen Dr. Scheibelhoffer for another ear infection and had another wonderful experience. The medical assistants for both Doctors (Andrea & Donna!) are also wonderful! They remembered my name and always so kindly cared for me on my visits. The office is big and runs like a well oiled machine! I've never waited more than 10 mins to be seen. Great job! (For reference I've been a nurse 10 years and consider myself an \informed consumer\ lol)
