Their drivers are dangerous. I have two children in my vehicle every morning. And nearly every morning on the way to their daycare, a truck pulls out in front of me on Van Born. Which has a speed limit of 50 by the way. Thats a little fast for a Giant truck to be pulling out in front of vehicles with less than 30 seconds to slam on the brakes. I'll start getting plate numbers so I can call them to make formal complaints. I am fed up.

Their customer service is the worst. Pretty much guaranteed to get disconnected and they won’t call you back even if you request it. Huge problem that waste companies can monopolize areas and leave the consumers without an option of something better.
They pick up my trash when they say they will pick up my trash. What else do you want?
