I have a 20 year old Trek bike that sat in the garage and needed major servicing including new tires, break pads, handle break and chain. Found UBIKE IFIX online. Ryan was extremely accommodating. When we went to drop off the bike, we realized it was his home and not a store front. Since we wanted to find out the repair cost before leaving the bike, and Ryan wasn’t home, we decided to come back another time. Ryan called back and offered to come by our home to give us the quote. The price he gave was reasonable, so he took the bike with him. He was able to get the bike fixed and returned to factory condition in less than a week (he needed to order the parts). He offers 20% discount for new customers. Definitely recommend him. He guarantees his works and provides service with a smile.
Ryan was great. My son drives his bike everyday to school, I come home from work, to find his bike had a flat. I searched the web and found Ryan’s business. I called him at 6pm and by 7pm my son is riding his bike again. Ryan is very Knowledgeable and professional. He now has a new customer.
Bought my mom a bike for Mothers Day which needed assembly. While many shops in the area were pricey and/or backed up for 1 WEEK, UBike quoted 24hrs with a reasonable price and delivered in less than 5! Same day service. My sons bike has a flat tire and the tire was getting pretty bald. I found UBIKE IFIX online and called. Ryan answered and told me to drop bike off in an hour. We dropped it off Late Sunday. On Monday he called with estimate, After I agreed, he ordered parts and it was fixed the following day. His price was fair, he did a great job and I would absolutely take our bikes there again!
Awesome experience! Going to a department or sports store to get a bike while easy, is not a great idea. I went to countless outdoor and department stores but for someone who’s new to bikes, I didn’t know what to even look for. Rayan helped me understand the mechanics of a bike and explained to me what I needed to know about buying one. I then chose from his wide variety of bikes he had on sight and he gave me a good fair price. Overall the experience I had with Rayan wasn’t just satisfactory but exceptional!
My old GT bike needed straightening for the rear wheel and tightening for the brakes. Found UBike IFix online in my home town, took the bike to Ryan and he did a top-notch job. The bike rides smoothly and safely, and the rear wobble is gone. It's important for me since my little daughter and I are riding the neighborhood together. Ryan's a cool guy, fair and honest. He knows all about bikes, is always responsive when you need to reach him, and he's straight-up with what's doable and his advice. Needed a bike ASAP on a late Sunday afternoon to ride for work on Monday. Messaged UBIKe to see if they were open and got an answer right away. He had used bikes in my price, style, and height range. Def. would recommend anyone that's in the area to this one stop shop for bikes, parts and repairs.
