I would love to give 0 stars, it took them a week to get back with us on Part. Then told us that there was only one in America. I called someone else and they found 12. She said that she called twice and left a voicemail which we never got. When I told her I didn’t get it she told me “well things happen.” Then I told her yes they do but now twice in a row. She then cut me off and raised her voice to me and told me that she felt I was trying dispute the price. Her name was Ashley and she was very unprofessional. I told her I would have my significant other call to get everything handled and hung up. She called back and tried to act all sweet. She is very rude and unprofessional. I tried to stay local to help with business and everything going on (after she told that I didn’t understand how places were being effected when she doesn’t even know what I do for a living). I will never recommend anyone to them.

Such wonderful customer service from start to finish! They were on time and the quality of service exceeded my expectations compared to the other 2 local companies we previously dealt with!! Perfection! Highly recommend. The owners were so comforting and just great people!

Hey, they went out of their way to arrange a quick service call. It was hot , relatives were on the way to visit, the ac was down, and they showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem! Very smart technician. Thanks!

We had another local company out at our home 7 different times just trying to guess at what was wrong with our gas furnace. After replacing 5 parts that never fixed the problem; watching their inexperienced guys who had NO previous hvac training and just walked in for a job one day! It's scary to think they are allowed to work on gas appliances; I said no more! Wayne's came out and replaced a switch and that's it - we were good to go! They went the extra mile to ensure everything was in safe working order!
