Very busy Grand opening but they had a big crew working the line, fast convenient and tasty. They even provided masks to wear which are mandatory now. Very impressed!
The woman at the counter is always so nice. I wish I could remember her name, but she knows how to make a customer feel like they matter.
All locations of Five Guys have great customer service. Staff is always friendly and polite. However, today I order a burger with GRILLED green peppers and GRILLED jalapeños but when I opened it at home it turns out they gave me FRESH jalapeños and FRESH peppers. I didn’t feel like driving all the way back because I was real hungry. Then I looked at the receipt, and realized that the cashier messed up. This kind of mistake is my BIGGEST PET PEEVE. Awesome burgers and fries. Gluten Free options always available. Five Guys is one of our favorite burger places. On the road and knew we would be happy with the food and service, well this location didn't dissapoint at all. Super friendly, clean as a whistle, great burgers and fries. The always free peanuts we're on point as they grilled up our burgers (lettuce wraps style) and our hotdogs. Open till 10, so it's perfect for a late night bite.
