Always friendly, knowledgeable, and displaying good humor! The bike technicians have provided great, reasonably priced service for the bikes my wife and I bring there, and are glad to show you what they are doing to repair your bike. I have complete confidence in them. If my bike ever wears out, or I simply can no longer tolerate having just one bike, Rockfish Outfitters is where I'll go for a bike purchase!

I have used the bike shop on two occasions to fix an issue. The first ended up being an improperly installed disc brake caliper. The manufacturer threaded the screw holding the caliper to the frame at a wrong angle and it was offset. They were able to re-tap the threads and fix it. The second time I had a rear wheel with a through axle with bad bearings. I mean real bad, toast. They were able to get the old bearings out and install a fresh set. Very good work on both occasions and a super reasonable price. I highly recommend the shop.
