My suggestion would be to not pay more than month to month because if you pay for the full year they do not work with you. Director of wellness & health is awesome. Child watch staff is also great. Membership director and member services are not understanding and not willing to work with patrons despite covid times.

Zero stars for upper management and supervisors! The directors DO NOT stand behind their employees whatsoever or have an open door policy! They do not deal with problems or issues at all! My daughter is a counselor there at summer camp and has been for years! Beth is a counselor there and is mean, rude, nasty! Very unprofessional and pawns her job off on others while barking orders like she is boss! A 20 year old guy counselor inappropriately touched my daughter and had no right, but NOTHING WAS DONE! My daughter forgot her tennis shoes one day and was yelled at, and forced to sign a letter for discipline basically called a liar. Other counselors wear Crocs and sandals all the time and were never asked to sign a letter. Double standards! so my daughter without thinking said that she would not be back her last week and a half of work because of these issues not being addressed because all she asked for was that those three things be dealt with so she could keep her job because she has worked there for years. Mr. Davis had the nerve to email me back and stay that he felt it was best that they part ways with her working there with no explanation which means he would not stand up for her or go to bat for her and she is a damn good employee who does her job and comes to work and she does not cause trouble like other people. So they showed no more respect for her than that? Are you kidding me? seems like a letter to the board of directors is in order!
