I called All Star this morning because I left my keys in the ignition... so started the day off great! Not. Shelly was so sweet and helpful, the customer service of this company is amazing and attentive. Jason arrived promptly to helpful unlock my car and I’m not kidding, when I say he did it in less than 10 seconds, he really did. It was like a magic trick for adults, seriously. I’m very thankful I live close to a business with this standard of pleasing their customers. Thank you All Star!

Now I have to say that the owners, Jason and Shelly, are my family, so I obviously already love them already; however, I was amazed at what they can do!! I live in Florida and needed a double sided deadbolt keyed to my house key for an addition that is being built on my house (my original deadbolt that I bought from them was lost due to the construction workers) and they were able to do it from North Carolina only using a picture of my key!!! They provided the deadbolt in NC and using the picture of my original house key were able to key it from my picture and send me the new deadbolt that worked perfectly with my keys!! Seriously Amazing!!! I would have never known that you could do this!! I have also been up there visiting them from Florida and happened to be driving to lunch or an outing with them when we received a call from someone stranded and we always stopped to take the calls as it’s important to them to make sure people and their families aren’t stranded. They are kind, caring and fair. Call them! You won’t regret it!
The owners are very nice and personable. I needed two key fobs programmed and the owner took care of it for me. They were also very nice when I told them that I had an ETA of 10 minutes before they left the shop, and they insisted I come and programmed and troubleshot both keys for me. Will definitely use again if I ever need any key or lock needs in either my house or my car. 10/10
