Came to this shop with my 2020 Lexus RX350 with a scrape. The body shop manager Andrew helped me. He asked to look at it prior to the estimate. He looked at it and said he could buff it right out if I had time, which I did. Andrew came back and buffed out the scrape right outside. You cannot even see where it was. The last shop wanted to gouge me 1000 to fix and blend to panels. Andrew was 100% honest and respectful. I tried to give him something for his time and he simply said, he is here to help customers not gouge people out of their money. I was referred here by Lexus of Wayzata. If this is the type of quality employees they have here I’m impressed. Thank you Andrew for your help and expertise. You are truly a great person and manager.

I was referred by Lexus to this shop for a small scratch I did to my brand new car. The guy I dealt with at the shop was amazing he polished my scratch and touched it up for me. I was pleased to see this type of service for just stopping in without an appointment. Thank you Wayzata Collision I will be back again.
I am a prior customer and recently I had repair work done on my 19 Lexus RX350 and I paid out of pocket for the repairs. There were no short cuts on the repairs and they used all OEM Lexus parts and even gave me a deal on everything. I worked with Mark on my repairs. He was great and was always willing to answer anything. Communication was good and I loved that they emailed me updates and called when needed. I was referred by Lexus to this shop. They are the only true Lexus dealership collision shop in the metro. Everything was done per perfectly and they explained on pick up what was done and why it was done. I have confidence in the repairs and their lifetime warranty on workmanship is an added bonus. If you are looking for repairs on your Lexus look no further.
Excellent service. Seamless experience from having the estimate performed, scheduling the service, completing the service in timely and professionally manner, ease of getting/retrurning the rental car, communication regarding the status of the repair work. I am most pleased with my experience. No complaints at all.
Dealt with Mark and Andrew on my insurance repairs for body damage on my Lexus. Both were professional, competent, and helpful. Repairs were of very good quality and I will return for more work if needed, but hopefully I don’t need it. I was referred by Wayzata Lexus and was pleased I had such a great experience.
