I brought my iPhone XR in to get a screen repair well my screen didn’t work so they weren’t able to test out the functions well I get my phone back and my Face ID doesn’t work. So I bring it back and they are nice enough o look at it for me so that’s a plus but after 4 times and breaking my new screen they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it and tell me to go somewhere else. Just poor parts and craftsmanship

I highly recommend Batteries Plus for your phone repairs. To start with I only had to wait an hour for the repair. I had a cracked screen and my battery was no longer holding a charge. I was informed of a discount if I did both at the same time. The savings were significant enough that I took advantage of it. Don’t take a chance with less experienced repairmen!
