Ryan was very quick to respond, professional, and meticulous in arranging accommodations for our large group of guests on EXTREMELY short notice! Our previous plans fell through the night before, and Ryan went the extra mile to ensure we had an amazing place to stay by the next morning! He facilitated the check-in process so that it was a breeze. Where we stayed surpassed all our expectations - breathtaking oceanfront & downtown views of Miami, spacious, stylish, direct pool & beach access, pristine conditions... the list goes on. Thanks to Ryan, my group and I were able to \do Miami right\, and had the time of our lives ringing in the New Year in a beautiful place. Will remember this trip for a lifetime

This has truly been the best vacay ever. Ryan is the reason it all became possible! I have never experienced a more personable experience with a concierge service, I feel like we’re now friends lol. Ryan helped me coordinate an entire weekend in Miami, Fontainebleau Suite with a YACHT equipped with a jet ski. We love to travel and experience different cities, Ryan helped us feel as if we were right in our own city. I was able to flow through the activities I wanted to do effortlessly even during a pandemic. I will NEVER come to Miami without notifying Ryan. Did I mention he coordinated this within 3 days?! This is the best experience ever. His suites were priced way better than the actual websites themselves. Most amazing time everrrr!
Ryan helped me plan my husband's 50th birthday celebration. He recommended restaurants and other outings that gave us an opportunity to celebrate with a group of friends. The yacht rental, jet skis, and other personalized services were top notch! If I have another event to plan in Miami, I will definitely use Ryan's services again.
