The problem is that there is a disconnect between installers and warranties. Often, the sales and install companies have moved on to other jobs and that leaves a void when in comes to service. We Service Solar fills that void and offers peace of mind. They monitor and respond to concerns with your solar system and work well in getting the most out of your warranties. Very good value for a monthly monitoring service. I have it for my home system and two large commercial systems.

8 of my solar panels quit working last year. I contacted We Service Solar and they ordered the parts they needed and came and fixed it. Every thing is working great since then.
I've been looking for a monthly plan since my solar company went out of business and these guys have been great. As soon as I signed up literally the next day they had someone out who replaced my inverter. Other companies wanted to charge 250 - 500 bucks just for one time labor. Would much rather pay a lower monthly fee to be covered going forward for these types of issues.

When I first signed up for We Service Solar, I was not sure of what this consisted of, but the value was excellent at 15.99 a month. Once I was signed up, I received notice from We Service Solar that 2 of my solar panels were not functioning correctly. Like some others have posted our installation company went out of business, so we lost our support. I called and explained my problem, and they came out the next day and resolved the issue. I love knowing there is someone else checking to make sure everything is running as it should.

They researched our problem, worked with the manufacturer to replace our faulty inverter, and installed the replacement. The process was quick and painless for us. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
We purchased our panels from a company that went out of business and didn't let us know. After less than two years, it quit working. I spent months trying to find someone who would fix it without results. Finally, I got in touch with We Service and they agreed to fix it as it was still under warranty. They came out within days and had it up and running. We have had no trouble since and they did it all with no cost to us even though we didn't have the service to begin with. They were extremely helpful and courteous and answered my emails immediately. It has been a real comfort to know we will never go without knowing our panels are not working any more.
