Went in to compare prices. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions. He didn't act like I was wasting his time or that my questions were stupid. I don't lay new carpet or tile often, so I had a lot of questions.

Floor Traders was the worst experience. We have spent several thousands of dollars . Thinking I would have beautiful flooring. I'm so embarrassed to show off my floors so uneven not level at all. We have called several times and the contractor several times . They said they would come out and fix the flooring but it's been a year and no one has fix them yet. It's so sad to save for so long and end up having enough to have them done then been so disappointed. I can just cry . Please be very cautious about this company .
