As I bask in the post massage gloriousness, drinking copious amounts of water, I want to take a moment and express my gratitude to Tami Grant and Wholistic Body Solutions for an excellent experience! Tami is highly knowledgeable, friendly and, wow, that was probably one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever received, and I have had many. I am highly active and need a serious massage. She focused in on my trouble spots after an initial myofascial release using the cups. This got the muscles to release so that the deeper knots and other problem tightness could be properly addressed. She taught me some things I didn't know, and I feel like my head and neck are much freer than an hour ago. I will be back. Great staff and facility!
