So no one ever wants to put their loved one in a nursing home. I had to make that hard decision. Yes I wanted my mom to go into somewhere closer to joplin, where I live, but I heard webb city health and rebab was better than joplin. So I choose there. In every nursing home, u have ppl who actually care and put up with obnoxious family like me who was always worried about every step she took or every pee she took. Lol but I want to shout out a few who I/she absolutely fell in love with. Brenda, Courtney, T, Faron, Derek, Greg, Jennea(she always called her jennie), rachael, and a few more. If I forget u, I'm sorry. But those r the ones who will always have a place n my heart for putting up with me and taking care of my mom! God bless u all and know ur loved guys! We appreciate u more than u know!! Stay safe!

I have been in this facility twice after being in the hospital for cardiac issues. The nursing staff and therapy got me back up and going. Without them I would not be able to live on my own again. Always made me feel like I was important and cared for.
I don't like writing bad reviews, but please be warned about this place. Placed my mother there because we had nowhere else to go. The CNA's work their butts off, they are kind and caring, but they are simply under staffed and over worked. The smell that hits you at the door is thru the entire facility. We found my mother in the same clothes for four days in a row. Thanksgiving day mother was picked up and brought to the house for dinner with the family. We don't know how long she had gone with out a bath. The facility lost mother's clothing and shoes, the laundry is lacking. We entered with 8 pairs of pajamas we left 3 months later with 3 pairs. I don't know why they never put her in them! For the cost per month it simply is not worth it. Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else.
They are really caring and take exceptional care of patients could not be a better choice So glad my wife is here she is taken care of Like a queen
Would NEVER recommend this place my mother was admitted after heart surgery then a stroke a week later she was found on the floor face black and blue swollen and nobody had a clue how long she had been on the floor RN stated she did not need too be sent to ER and she was fine after demanding she be sent the doctors have sadated her for pain management eye is swollen shut and entire face black, she also had pneumonia from lack of movement was found on day 7. Call out button is useless as nobody would come if you needed assistance...DO NOT SEND SOMEONE YOU LOVE TO THIS PLACE!!
