I am beyond belief that the local officials, Darren Fannin and his Dad Carl Fannin are turning a blind eye! Do you know that Darren Fannin, the local so called Commissioner won't even go step on the property and see with his own eyes, the neglect of these poor dogs? Randy Skaggs was arrested on 179 counts of animal cruelty in Darren Fannin's County, and he (Darren) never went to go see the hellhole these dogs are living in. What are you afraid of Darren Fannin? You, Darren Fannin need to protect your County's residents. We have a major problem in the State of Kentucky, Elliott County to be exact lies a monster, by the name of Randy Skaggs, 179 counts of animal cruelty. WOW! I repeat, 179 counts of animal cruelty. The monster was let out of jail and living back on the property with these poor dogs that are held hostage. Animal control officer, states that Randy walks around with a billy club. Witnesses have stated that Randy Skaggs is performing bestiality acts on these innocent animals. For all of you that have voting rights in Elliott County, you need to demand answers why the County allows this pervert to get away with what he has for several years. Word of caution, Darren Fannin......the big guns are watching. Go grab yourself a set of testicles and get your ducks in a row. This has gone on for way too long. Your days, Darren of holding \office\ are numbered. Mark my words. Now, get your ass over to the property and see for yourself. Do it sooner than later.
These poor animals are in horrible conditions. What people are believed to think is a great, wonderland is truly a cesspit full of despair for the animals that live there and the people tricked into working there. Hopefully soon, everyone will know the truth of the horrors that continue to go on here day in and day out. Do NOT support this organization!
What started out as a great idea quickly turned to the worst. Randy Skaggs heart may have been in the right place 20 years ago, it has long since blackened. He is a hoarder and we witnessed dogs being hit with sticks as well as gross neglect. He is now advertising under the name Christopher Robin Farm.
I stayed and volunteered here. It is a very beautiful property. The animals all seem very healthy and happy. It is a great thing they have going on here. They give plenty of room for the dogs to roam, while providing protection behind gated fences. The cats roam, and seem very happy.
