Worst customer service I have ever received. I've been told 295 different things. Nothing matches up. Seriously. Stay with Verizon, t mobile, literally anywhere else will give you better customer service....if I could give negative stars I would have Brought it up to 2 stars because of only one person. Chris is the only helpful person there. Lazy employee sitting down by door. Rude too.

I am employed by Spectrum but I feel like we are doing some really good things. Bringing back jobs to US and trying to figure out ways to lower bills while simutaneously trying to merge three separate companies in a volatile market that has to get paid before we can even bring the services to you. I am glad to be able to do a small part for tbis company not to mention they do right by their employees with best in class health services.
Douglas H. was incredible! He broke down the packages and recommended which plan would be the most suitable for my lifestyle. Usually I hate running errands but this was so quick and easy!
Six counters yet only two employees. Waiting a long time to just return equipment. The employees were courteous and helpful though.
Went to the store to return equipment... Waited for 20 minutes, top of the queue the whole time - but no movement of the list. Staff finally get around to advising the four or so of us there that we can do returns at UPS. Wish I had known that to start - would not have wasted my time. They should have a sign when you come in saying "we are extremely slow here. If you're returning stuff, UPS can do and much faster than we can ever hope to" Can't wait until greenlight comes to my neighborhood and I can be done with Spectrum.
This place was awesome. They have a machine you put a check in it reads it your bill is paid

My personal experience with Spectrum is very..unsatisfying..we are paying for 100mbps and aren't even getting 20mbps, we have had IT guys look at our stuff, ran speed tests and, believe it or not we went from 80mbps to 40 now barely even 18mbps, this is the last time I'm exchanging in my stuff. GREEN LIGHT HELP!
