I came here last weekend with my kids. This place were great and many animals friendly. The staff very nice. I will be back again.

Lots of animals to see and feed. The boardwalk is really nice and again, more animals to see there. The reptile show was very nice and the lady conducting it was very patient with all the eager kids, she made sure everyone got an equal opportunity to hold and love the animals. The co-owner was very nice too and was interacting with all the guests there. We did not get to feed the giraffe and we were told it was up to the giraffe to decide if he wanted to come to the feeding zone and he wasn’t forced to come to the feeding spot, I really appreciate that. I loved that they have that system in place. We spent the whole day there just walking around and spending time with friends.
While reading the reviews, I noticed a lot of negatively reviewed ones were regarding the price for the amount of animals, lack of variety etc BUT I will say these animals are VERY well taken of. A staff member said that no matter what “the animals come first” and you can tell by the care and living conditions. A lot of area for the animals to roam in and the animals were very friendly and social. A good sign that they’re in a good home. You can buy your tickets online if you’d like to save some bucks. The park was quaint, fun and personal. The staff were super friendly and showed great hospitality. This place is unique. You get to see animals close and personal. If you are an animal lover, a must see. Please be kind to the animals and respect their home! Those are exotic animals therefore show them your Texan hospitality! my biggest concern is visitors littering or harassing animals but there is a good amount of employees around. Please make sure to teach your children to respect these precious animals and make sure do as well! (Animal lover here) haha.
We visited this weekend and we had an awesome time. Staff and owner were very nice and friendly. Definitely going back. This place has so much land that I can’t wait to see what other animals they bring next. So much potential here to grow big. Kiddos loved it.
We had an awesome time at the wildlife park today! The park is fascinating and worth every minute. The staff was so sweet and made the experience even better. I special thanks to one of the owners Ron, he was a great host.
This was a great family outing. The drive thru part was fun and uneventful in a good way. The stop off area with food and drinks, petting area and gift shop also had a walking area with animals you can feed by hand. Got up close with a black swan, never had seen that before, and ostriches which were cooler than expected up close but I wasn't feeding them with my hand as I like counting to ten when I see my hands. Well worth the trip.
We enjoyed the drive thru! Good variety of animals that looked happy & healthy. The kids enjoyed feeding Puzzles the Giraffe. Unfortunately, that was it!!! We could not do anything else due to an infestation of bees and mostly caterpillars!! The caterpillars were literally EVERWHERE! On the eating tables, bar area and boardwalk, dropping from trees! The kids were terrified that we had to leave! Too bad!
