The receptionist here is incredibly rude and disrespectful, hateful for no reason. The owner is also very rude and disrespectful. I would never use this tow service for myself and I would never recommend it. The prices are excessive as well. Incredibly disappointed with this place. I wish I could give zero stars, this is the worst tow company I have ever heard of. Do not use them.

We had truck trouble. Called Beans Towing Service told them where we r said it would be about 10 minutes and there were here .Nice,courtesy, gave us a ride to the shop and was resonable on price. Would use them again.
I had a flat tire and they came within 30 min and changed it for me, and got me on the road. I also know the owner from previous business and he is always kind and dedicated to his job.
Poor customer relations. Had several dealingss with them over the course of several days and the information was constantly changing. Would only use these people as a last resort. Very unpleasant experience.
Extremely helpful and kind. Went out of their way to make my wreckage not so bad
