Very nice park location. Playground, Tennos courts and tracks just to name a few things this park has. This place is compact but doesn't scrimp on what it offers. Great neighborhood as well.

The worst HOA in the World. They don't even know their own By-Laws. They spend all the money on more stupid trees, instead of improve the parks, dead grass areas, or improve on the security of the neighborhood. They have a lot of dead grass spots, but they are quick to send out their violations for dead grass spots that are not even as bad as theirs. And they are racists, but they don't even have minority or family with kids on their boards. All they have are a white and old retired people on the boards. They r trying to make by-laws that prevents have a basketball goal at your own property? What's next, can't even park i your own driveway?
