My sister and I were told by my father's doctor that it was time to find a memory care facility, we had been caring for him at home. We had no idea where to start, but this was not important when we had Faith working with us. She knew staff at the facilities we toured, gave insight to this process that we would not have been aware of. Even during COVID restrictions, she was able to get us in to see the facilities - sometimes we were all wearing hazmat suits, but, we soldiered on. I would highly recommend using "Welcome Home" services to anyone or any family in this situation.

I’ve written a bunch of reviews in the past but only for companies I’ve had amazing experiences with. This review is no exception. Faith not only understands her business after interviewing her clients she can help tailor the search and make the search seem simple. We visited three residences and my uncle settled on the one Faith thought would be the best fit! He has been incredibly happy at “The Preserve At Palm Aire”. Not only has this been good for his health he’s made some wonderful friends. Thank you Faith! After move in day Faith has reached back to us regularly helping us trouble shoot minor issues we encountered and months later is still calling me to see how our uncle is doing. This is not a job for Faith it’s her calling to help people. We’re grateful to have found her.
