Ordered two pretzel bites. Cashier asked "Do you want caramel or sweet?" I assumed it was included by his wording. Nope, was apparently 1 extra for each. I asked for two frozen strawberry lemonades. He didn't ask what size and charged me for two large ones. Didn't notice all this until after I paid since I had two kids with me. At least it was good.

I have visited both the kiosk and the restaurant. Today it was the latter. Peyton was there training a new employee and that kid was meant to train and to sell. He always upsells, but does it in a way that saves the customer money. He’s very patient with new trainees. The village was there doing an inspection and he was chatting her up. He even thanked her for doing her job. There is not one bad thing on this menu. The cinnamon sugar pretzels are delicious. I like the hot dog bites, and the full sized hot dogs. I also like the traditional pretzels with salt. They make small batches so whatever you get is fresh. You can’t go wrong at either location.

Hate love relationship with this place. I love the food but hate how I end up gaining weight because the food is so good and I buy too much. Definitely a place to stop by and get some food

I always visit this Auntie Anne’s, it’s located in a wonderful spot in the Wellington Green Mall. The workers are so nice and the pretzels are great. I would recommend trying their Freezies and their cinnamon flavored nuggets. Can never go wrong with Auntie Anne’s when you’re craving a sweet treat.

Good pretzels a little over priced and they got rid of the sweet mustard that they used to have try to give ypu hunny mustard not the same

It's a horrible place to work if you want to do well it's not possible there all the young kids working there are selling drugs out of the store, stealing the food when managers go to the kiosk in another part of the mall and giving free food out to all of their friends at the end of the night when the managers aren't around! If you want to succeed don't ever try to work there! They'd rather be stolen from and lied to than have an honest hard working employee!
